It would make sense to retake the GMAT if you are confident of increasing the score by a solid margin. Otherwise, the time, energy and money spent won't equal the end result. Importantly, 710 is a decent score for T15 colleges and focusing on building your personal brand through the essays would be time well spent in my opinion.
