Data Sufficiency (DS) | Re: If m and n are positive integers, is 10^n + m divisible by 3?

Since m and n are both positive integers it has to be a number starting 1, 2, 3, .....

Stat 1 : Considering n=1 we can have numbers starting 11-X, and divisibility by 3 would depend on the number m, hence it is - INSUFF
Stat 2: Irrespective of the number n, since m is 2, the sum of the digits will always be divisible by 3 and hence this statement is - SUFF
