Option B states that the frogs remaining in the Andes are found at elevations where chytrid fungus cannot survive. Hence it totally supports the conclusion.
E only tells that warmer temperatures are increasing the spread of frogs , but doesn't support that the frogs are declining due to infection by hytrid fungus.
