The assumption underlying the question is that the administrator's ability to control the activities will bode well for the education of the students given the premises that once the prof gets tenure, they are very difficult to fire.
We need something that reduces our belief in the conclusion that controlling abilities will bear well for education.

A. How is frenzy of research affecting the education of the students? Not clear- eliminate
B. Reviews from the students are not helping any leg of the argument. Profs can be fired only because of misconduct and failure to perform basic duties- This option attacks neither- Eliminate
