That's a great score, congratulations! As for score concordance, I'd consider a 685 equivalent to a 740 on the previous GMAT.
GMAC had released multiple score concordance tables, which understandably led to some confusion. They've tried to fix this by getting rid of all tables but one, but I think they kept the wrong (more confusing) table. Here's one of the other concordance tables.
