A. 3,600
B. 360
C. 36
D. 3.6
E. 0.36

Counting the decimals we see that numerator has one more than denominator. Thus, any value that comes after solving would have to be divided by 10. Since the numerator is not divisible by 10 we can be assured that the answer would be one with just tenths decimal. Also, solving is not required since answer choices have digits 3 and 6 only.

Only D has that.

IMO Answer D.
