I got the answer right but I'm not sure if my reasoning was right.

My approach:
Question had a logic something like: A -> B and B -> C so A -> C

Option B was the only one which seemed to follow this pattern.
Option D comes close but in its second half it generalises by applying the argument to the entire city (here: "ticketed in this city"). So eliminate.
