You should not be concerned and there's nothing else you can really do. You have done your best to submit additional information from improved scores/credentials to acceptances from peer institutions, both of which actually improve your chances. If the school wants you (and I would argue you have increased your odds) and there's space, they'll reach out with good news.
As for the commitment, the cost of playing the waitlist game is paying the deposit elsewhere to hold a spot. If you get into Fuqua, I imagine you will be happy to forego the deposit at the other programs for that opportunity.
