Problem Solving (PS) | Among the N books in Estelle's library, 40 are fiction and the rest

I thinkgmatophobia , you have unnecessarily made the solution  bigger . From the matrix , it is obvious that the minimum value of non fiction books is 20 . It can be >= 20 , depending on the value of paper back and non fiction books. 
hence the minimum no of total books = 40 + 20 = 60. It is actually >= 60.KarishmaB
