Critical Reasoning (CR) | Re: Scientist: In testing whether a baby's babbling

Correct answer is E
For questions with abstract answers, imo elimination is the way to go
first we understand structure of passage (question>experiment>comparision of result to prev studies>conclusion)
A- incorrect, passage does not prove anything wrong
B- incorrect, passage does not undermine any principle (infact experiment uses past findings to reach concluson)
C- incorrect, passage does not argue neccesity of experiment
D-incorrect, no facts stated in passage only experimental evidence and past studies
E- correct! two possible standings are random sounds vs linguistic sounds and evidence is from experiment
