@pourush_13 - We have worked with several candidates pursuing a second MBA. While the motivation depends on a case to case basis, here are some points to consider:
1. How has your career trajectory been so far? What are the gaps that you're looking to fill through the MBA at this juncture?
2. What are your career goals, and have they evolved since the first MBA?
3. Are you looking mainly at switching geographies, or also sectors/ functions?
Some schools don't accept applications from candidates with an existing MBA, so make sure to check the requirements of your target programs.
