Regarding thescore- I speak with many applicants who come in with the idea that if GMAC suggested a certain score as a converted equivalent, the top schools would see it that way. However, this is not the case because, especially for self-selecting schools like INSEAD, the reference data for the GMAT FE is a very small subset of the universal data used by GMAC. Therefore the average at INSEAD will be high, and someone applying to R4 from within the Indian pool is expected to have a truly exceptionalscore.
Work experience- Your experience sounds very impressive and unique. But it is not clear to me if you worked in a startup or the public sector. Both backgrounds would require a different strategy. What has been your growth progression like?
One of the four criteria for Insead is "international focus". What has been your experience with global exposure? If you have played a central role in technology projects where you disseminated analysis and action points
