Your overall work experience is a bit less than the average, so it's important to understand more details about your roles & responsibilities, key initiatives you have taken, and the impact you made. A strong work experience will certainly give you an edge over other applicants in this pool. Lately we have seen that there are a lot of applicants in 2~4 years of work experience pool so you need to have some good work experience to stand out.
