I need lil help with option (A):
Conclusion says: If trends in fuel production AND ''FUEL USAGE'' continue, therefore, Sidurian reliance on foreign sources for fuel should decline soon.
(A) In Siduria the rate of fuel consumption is rising no more quickly than the rate of fuel production.
Isn't (A) inferable from the given conclusion's IF part? If we are given that usages and production both are going to continue(rise OR fall) at same level, should we question whether one is more slow or more fast than the other?
