GMAT Data Sufficiency (DS) | Re: If m and n are integers, are they consecutive numbers?

I have another thoughts. Please correct me if i'mwrong.

(1) mn + 1 is even.

mn = odd m-odd, n - odd sufficient.

(2) mn < m^2 + m

n < m + 1 ----> n - m < 1 and m - n > -1

Because n and m are integers we have only one possible soluion n - m = 0 or n = m Sufficient.
