What's with all the LSAT questions? This certainly is one. That being said, you could get one something like this on the GMAT if you get into the high difficulty bucket.

The task is to weaken Bernard's argument, and the hard part is figuring out what his assumption IS. It boils down to assuming that IF the technological limitations go away, then the keyboard WILL be rearranged for faster typing.
