Many GMATers are 'rusty' at math when they start their studies, so you're not alone. You will have to hone those skills though - while the Quant section of the GMAT is NOT a 'math test', it does require that you do lots of little calculations as you work through the section, so you have to know the rules/formulas/patterns and you have to be able to do 'math by hand' without making mistakes.
