General GMAT Questions and Strategies | Re: Requesting Scratch Paper Allowed after every section

I have taken 4 times GMAT at 3 different test centers, in 2 different countries, and after every single section, I asked for new scratch paper - nobody told me anything about not finishing the one I had. Moreover, everytime, after i finished a section, I was asked whether I want my scratch pad to be replaced.
