"Where" always refers to a place hence B is not correct.
Is my understandingcorrect?
C has two major errors:
1. Parallelism error: X instead of Y - X = computers handle standard business transactions (clause), Y = on paper (prepositional phrase). Faulkty parallelism.
2. Wrong use of "instead of" - can only be used for noun
