You should incorporate some 700+ level questions, but keep working on the 600-700 level q's, as well. You'll never need to get the majority of the hardest questions right, but you want to get as consistent as you can below that so that you don't risk sinking down into the mid-level questions.
Of course, this is all assuming strict, test-level timing. If you're getting these questions right using extra time, then you should still focus on doing problems of that level more efficiently.
