Hi experts,
Could you please elaborate more on option B and E?
IMHO,option B is a good contender as it talks about the failure of the program to provide the flexibility to the user. This could be the reason why users is not satisfied with it.It is true that the program provides some flexibility via customization, but it could be that such configuration doesn't meet the practical taste of users.
Option E also tells us more about the performance issue which could lead to users' dissatisfaction.
Thanks
