GMAT Critical Reasoning (CR) | Re: The use of radar detectors in commercial vehicles was banned

Hi Experts,

Could you please provide your comments for option D? here this option is saying accidents from non commercial vehicles (Bus, Truck) have greater threat of injury. So according to option D if radar would be banned then there would be less accidents for non commercial vehicle. Please clarify issue with option D.
