GMAT Critical Reasoning (CR) | Re: #Top150 CR: A new medical procedure replaces all three of the tiny

I thought option A implies a person can hear without use of 3 bones when any replacement such as fiberglass is not provided. In short a person neither needs any of the 3 bones nor replacement to hear. So marked A incorrect.
