IN = PREPOSITION...
nowLIKE is never followed by prepositional phrase ...so we cannot use LIKE ...
So we can eliminate option containing LIKE.
more over in options containing LIKE ..much of is followed by like....hence the comparison is also not correct.

according to parallel structure necessity..we need:
in hungary, AS IN....
basing this we can eliminate
