Expert, I read all the posts but I am not convinced with the OE as E.

My analysis of the argument is -
Premise 1- Business school had a very low rating student satisfaction.
Premise 2- To increase Student satisfaction and National Ranking, School decided to spend 50$ in upgrading X Y and Z.

Now the question asking us to find an answer which provides STRONG support that School's plan will succeed?

Option E: just tells that students are satisfactory about A,B and C criteria. That does not mean
