GMAT Sentence Correction (SC) | Re: Unlike the many winter greens that have tough leaves and

I got confused with D but since comparison kind of looked ok but with after further observation that it is lengthy and also it compares "tough leaves" and not only leaves then the only correct option with correct comparison is B
