GMAT Critical Reasoning (CR) | Re: The art jury will select either Fillmore’s or Clivestone’s sculptures,

The jury will decide weather to select Fillmore's or Clivestone's sculpture, F contains Bronze and C contains Stainless steel so according to the given choice if there are no bronze or Stainless steel sculpture then it 'MUST BE' the case that neither of them are selected and the question stem ask what must be true.
For choice D , it can be or it cannot be case. So as per my understanding of the passage answer should be E but please correct me if I am wrong or missed anything as I have just started
