GMAT Critical Reasoning (CR) | Re: concept article - How To Tackle “Draw a Conclusion” Question

I have a small doubt. If hypothetically we take that the argument did talked about the actual amount of money, even then won't option A be wrong as nowhere in the argument they explicitly mentioned that by spending more money in marketing, sales would increase . Please help
