A, C, E) Wrong. "on Saturn" should be placed right after surface. Otherwise, the sentence becomes less clear.

B) Sounds good.

D) that = surface, right? you cannot say "to stand surface (that)." You need "on" after "stand" to say, "to stand on surface (that)." In case of (B), you CAN say, "to stand there (where)"

IMO: B should be the answer.
