Yes you could do that. But generally conclusion is conventionally used to touch up on all the points you've made to make it easy for the reader. So id say for the strengthen have a separate paragraph then conclude with restating why the argument is invalid. Mention all your points briefly again and leave it at that. It's very important to go over your points in conclusion. Don't waste too much time writing something new in conclusion.
