I did analyse the problem by prime factorization.

1)

\(15*z\)
\(15=3*5\) and \(22=2*11\), therefore z must have a factor of 2

2)

\(16*z\)
\(16=2^4\) and \(22=2*11\), as 16 has already a factor of 2, we can't be sure that z has also a factor of 2
