Second: The relative pronouns "that" and "which" must have a noun to refer to. Pronouns cannot refer to an entire clause. In b and c, "that" and "which" refers to the entire clause "She is the best speaker". Moreoveroption d is correct in this case, not e as you mentioned. The problem with e is the wrong use of "this" -
