GMAT Sentence Correction (SC) | Re: Unreal / Real Conditional Clarifications

Hi, In conditionals When the "then clause" is showing some facts, I believe that we need to use the same tense as if clause(i.e. Either simple past in both or Simple present in both.). For Example,
If you see joy jogging in park, The time is around 5 30 am.
This i suppose is correct and it states the habitual action of joy jogging in the park only around 5 30 AM.

please correct me if i am wrong
