GMAT Sentence Correction (SC) | Re: At a convention held by UNICEF, Gabriella Arrieta, a young girl from B

Between B and D i observed that B changes the intended meaning . Intended meaning is that Child has right to blah and blah. But B says Child has right to ... and be protected ..... . We need both education and protection under the rights. Hence, D is preferred over B. Needless to say i opted and fell for B.
