Hi vishalkumar4mba,including is not really apresent participle , but apreposition . Hence, the usualrules of present participial phrases (such as modifying subject of the sentence etc.) donot apply toincluding .
p.s. Our book EducationAisle Sentence Correction Nirvana especially mentions "including"
