GMAT Critical Reasoning (CR) | Re: Instead of blaming an automobile accident on driver error,

Wow this question really is controversial. I marked the answer as D myself but somehow came to agree with what some people have to say about E being the correct answer. I really think such a question is highly improbable on an actual GMAT though its always best to be prepared for the worst.
