GMAT Sentence Correction (SC) | Re: In the merger with Mobil Corporation in 1999

In E, shouldn't there be a comma at the end of revenue to make the sentence correct. This leads to the belief that 'doubling its revenue and acquired' should be in parallel whereas added and acquired are in parallel.
