Answer would be C. Straight forward
Use assumption negation on C and the argument falls apart
However if you use assumption negation on B .....if the population of country Y is not more skilled than the population of country X.. Then it does not weaken our conclusion and what if the same jobs in country Y require lower skills as compared to country X
