If you have to ask yourself that question then its possible you already know the answer to that question. Joking aside, moving from 560 to 640 is no joke it requires a great deal of effort and persistence. The world average is 550 so you're 90 points ahead of the average so you're definitely not dumb. You just need to spend more time and put in more effort because GMAT is a tough tough exam. Tougher than most.
