Set A: -5,-4,--3,-2,-1
Set B: -2,-1,0,1

P(Sum is nonpositive)=\(\frac{No of desirable outcomes}{Total outcomes}\)

A has 5 numbers and B has 4 numbers
each value of A can be added with 4 values of B
Total outcome=5*4=20

Desirable outcome= Sum either negative or zero
The sum of every element of A and B is either negative or zero(-5+-2=-7; -4-1=-5 and so on)
Hence Desirableoutcome=20

Prob=\frac{20}{20}\(\) =1
