(1) The perimeter of ABCD is equal to 16.

(2) Quadrilateral ABCD is a rhombus.

We need to know what type of quadilateral ABCD is and its area accordingly .

1) perimeter given . But not the type of quadilateral ABCD. It can be square , rhombus , parallelogram etc
