GMAT Sentence Correction (SC) | Re: Based on records from ancient Athens, each year young

Hi,

I took a hint from the non-underlined part - "and that this robe depicted scenes of a battle".
This indicates that we'll need a "that" clause in the underlined section too and option D is the only one doing that.

Please correct me if I'm wrong in the approach.
