General GMAT Questions and Strategies | Took a MGMAT CAT and how to interpret it

Hi there everyone

I just finished a mgmat cat. scored680(Q45/V37)
I'm not really sure how to take this. so far I've taken two diagnostic GMATprep cats
and scored
1st attempt: 650 / Q50 / V28
2nd attempt: 640 / Q49 / V28

after those two test (7 weeks earlier) I went on to read the MGMAT guides and solve most all of the OG verbal questions. so the improvement in verbal was expected, although way less than I liked to see.
