Assuming triangle is RQP ...the question is asking if side RP is the greatest ?
Going to the equation -- QR=PQ+PR-0.03
QR + 0.03 = PQ + PR
so this is not sufficient because PQ or PR could be the biggest side ?
On a separate note, can we assume QR is NOT the biggest side ?
