Let, x=2y=4z = 4

So, x = 4 , y = 2 & z = 1

Arithmetic Mean of x, y & 3z is\(\frac{4 + 2 + 3}{3} = 3\)

So, The number must be a multiple of 3, only (A) satisfies, thus answer will be (A) 15
