Here is my take to explain between Choice C(Wrong) and Choice D(Correct).

Premise: People have A will have very high chance of getting B.
Conclusion: B cause A
Ask: conclusion depends on which of the following assumptions?

Choice: C (Wrong) --> No B then No A. The condition is too strict. (Note: disproportionately high rate)

Choice: D (Correct) --> A does not cause B. Since the conclusion is B cause A, we have to make sure that the conclusion do not go the other way around.
