I could easily identify the conclusion that consumer advocate proposes a law to prohibit
use of toxic ingredients in household cleaners.
Can you explain why C is a weakener?
My logic: If discontinuing household cleaners can propagate more harmful bacteria where children and pet are usually found, then this provide alternate reasoning for advocate's proposal and not toxicity in the household cleaners. Is my justfication correct?
