If \(c = 3.905*10^x\) and x is a negative integer, what is x?

(1)\(0.00005 < c < 0.0005\)
clearly C must be 0.0003905...
Or \(5*10^{-5}<c<5*10^{-4}\). So x is -4
Sufficient

(2)\(10^{-4} < c <10^{-3}\)
this means x is between 0.0001 and 0.001...
Also 3.905*10^{-4} will be > 10^-4 and <10*10^-4...
Again x is -4
Sufficient
