I don't think option E is the answer. If the trainer itself not motivated then he won't be able to do so to his clients too. That is more or less strengthener, rather than weakner.
Option D looks good to me. It says trainer were themself dietian and able to help their client to do so a well. If we negate this, then it becomes the strengthener too. So, option D for me.
