i eliminated option A, D and E n zeroed down to B and C and finally selected option C , which is wrong.

now when i again put options B and C into the premise, option B appears to be the clear winner.

in option B the word 'only' is restricting the scope, and it is restricting the television only for educational purpose and hence he is coming to the conclusion that educational television programs is contradictory.

in option C, the word 'some' is making it a weak contender. and it means educational
